Palm Sunday
When the Leader Needs Replacing
Today, the Sunday leading into Holy Week, is traditionally called Palm Sunday. The account of this day is included in all four gospels, and documents the last time Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey, as people waved branches and shouted praises to the coming King. Could there be any significance for us almost 2000 years later, especially as we face such troubled and fearful times? Just like the regime change that took place that first Palm Sunday, is one needed today...in our hearts?
