Living Out Our Vision

At Faith Oakville, our goal is to live out our mission and vision in our everyday lives – making disciples where we live, work, learn, and play. Jesus says, “Therefore go and make disciples…” Matthew 28:19, and this concept is at the forefront of everything we do at Faith. We believe there are mission fields everywhere - from our own neighborhoods to places much farther away. For those who like to venture farther away to serve the Lord, we offer a few mission trips every year.

PINE RIDGE
MISSION Trip

Pine Ridge, SD
Dates: September 21 - 28
Cost: $700

Bring your Bible and tool belt and help build hope in a community that suffers from the highest poverty rate and lowest life expectancy in the country. Work side by side with Lakota men, share God’s love for them through devotions, and assist the reservation through community projects.

GUATEMALA
MISSION Trip

Guatemala
Dates: November 17 - 23
Cost: $1,600 - 1,800
(depending on airfare)

Experience a new country and culture on our mission trip to Guatemala as we partner with Children’s Hopechest to serve families in poverty. Our team will share the love of Jesus in many ways including games and crafts.

Young Adult Mission Trip

Acuna, Mexico
Dates: May 25 - 30, 2025

In May 2023, a group of students and young adults from Faith joined Casas Por Cristo's mission organization to build a home for the Hinojo Trevino family in Acuna, Mexico. This was a life-changing experience for many members of the team, and we plan to take another trip with Casas in 2025!
