In many circles, God’s Word has been reduced to the words, “I think.” And when we interject our thoughts into the Word of God, we change God’s Word to our word. The Gospel of Jesus is then further reduced to our own whims and fantasies. And soon the Gospel is ours to change, or interpret, or shelve if we don’t like what it says.
