Suffering in Smyrna
Revelation 2:8-11
It’s reported that approximately 322 Christians are martyred each month simply for professing Christ as Lord! Pastor John will share some of the realities of Christian persecution today, and also share Jesus’ words of encouragement to a small church in Smyrna, Asia Minor (modern-day Turkey). Our prayer is that we might have “ears to hear” what Jesus says, not only to this church of persecuted Christians, but to all of us who are feeling the pressure of living for and following Jesus Christ.
