Peter confesses, “You are the Christ”
Peter’s confession is a pivotal moment, a critical turn. But to know what it is a turn from and to, we have to look at the Biblical accounts that come just before and after it. What we will see is that in some ways we all want to see Jesus as someone He is not. And even if we know Jesus is The Christ, The Christ is not who anyone expected Him to be.
