Greatest Hits

Jesus has been so faithful in what was an incredible 30 weeks of focusing on His Word for us in the book of Romans. Today we are going to look back at some of our favorite moments, passages that challenged us, verses that equipped us, and thank the Holy Spirit that He is moving us forward so we come out of our Romans series as changed people.

For Adult Homes & Groups

1. Go around the room and share your top three favorite moments in our Romans series.

2. Which passage in Romans challenged you?

3. Which particular section in Romans changed your faith for the better?

4. In his commentary on Romans, Luther wrote: “To progress is always to begin, always to begin again.” In light of the whole message series, what do you think Luther means with this statement?

5. The last three verses in Romans (16:25-27) are a song of praise.

As a group, pick a song or two that praises God; listen to them or sing along together.

For Families with Kids

1. Choose one verse from this list to “pin” on your fridge as a theme to hold on to as a family for the month of November. Read it each morning/evening as a family:

Romans 5:1

Romans 6:23

Romans 8:28

Romans 12:4-5

Romans 15:5

2. After you choose one of the above, talk together as a family about why you chose it and how you can live it out.

3. Do you have any other favorite Romans Bible verses? Share them with your family.

4. Create a family Spotify playlist to share that has 10-15 songs that focus on praising and thanking God. Play it during the month of November.
