Spooky stories, scary movies, frightening costumes, haunted houses, zombies, ghosts, vampires, and of course, the pranks, the tricks, and the treats all make Halloween what it is today. Some of these traditions, no doubt, are clearly fear-based and intended to scare. Is it all fun and games, smoke, and mirrors? You decide. Fear of evil or the devil IS real. Do not be afraid! This is commanded by God 365 times in the Bible, but many people are still living in fear. Fear began when Adam and Eve first sinned in the garden and has now become a ruling “god” for so many who are under its grip.
