It's Time for a Check-Up
Breaking the Power of the Past
Theologian and author Daniel Aleshire has written, “The past does not determine the future, but the layers of influence never go away.” We dare not underestimate the power of the past and its ability to influence our future - for good or for evil. The good news is that God has sent His Son to redeem the past, present, and future. The very thing the devil might use to destroy us, God uses to develop and shape us into something new, something better, something to be used by God for His purposes. Today Pastor John closes out our series we've titled Check-up by focusing on this question: How can we break the power of our past?
