Associate Pastor of Student Ministries314.375.1126

I’m a Baltimore boy and grew up in Maryland under my parents, Vic and Christine, with my two older sisters, Jenny and Rachael. I’m a living Maryland cliche, Old Bay is my seasoning of choice (it goes great with anything) and I’m always down for a barrel of MD blue crabs; all other seafood falls short. I fell in love with Liz from Pennsylvania when we met in college at Shepherd University, West Virginia. We dated all through college and got engaged during our last semester.

I graduated with a Music Education degree and Liz earned her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, which served as the footing for her career now in Women’s Health Physical Therapy. Liz has been and will always be my greatest earthly blessing, and through our marriage together over the 11 years, the Lord has graciously given us our three daughters Cora, Caleigh, and Cybil.

I enjoy devoting every minute I can with my wife and daughters. I love spending time with people. When I have downtime, I run and exercise, read, do yard work, play music, and allocate too much money to all of the delicious restaurants here in STL with my family and friends.

When it comes to how I got here today and serving as a Pastor, I have only Christ and His work through the Church to thank. The Church has been an incredible gift for me in the pastors that prayed for me, the friends that favorably received me, and the families that formalized my faith. My heart for ministry is to abundantly share the gift that Jesus and His Church are for every person I encounter in the way that I love, lead, and labor in His Name. “Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.” 1 Corinthians 15:58

St. Louis always held a deep place in our hearts while I was studying at Concordia Seminary and Liz at Washington University. We couldn’t be more thankful to be moving back “home” with our three girls to share in the life of Jesus together with you, the Oakville community, and this great town that is St. Louis.
