Faith Staff

I was born in St. Louis and am the oldest of six children. I was baptized as an infant. I attended Green Park Lutheran Grade School and Lutheran High School South. My wife, Melanie, and I married in 1985. God blessed us with two sons, Matt and Justin, and Justin’s wife Brook. We started attending Faith Oakville and became members in the early 1990s. I enjoy playing golf, fishing, and traveling with my wife.

I worked at Schnucks Markets and several Food Brokerage companies as a Sales Representative and Account Executive. Later, I took a job in Chicago working for a Lunchmeat Processing Company for 20 years as a District Sales Manager, Regional Manager, and then a National Director of Corporate Brands. We lived in Naperville, IL, a city in the western suburbs of Chicago.

God had a plan for me to work for our church in Naperville, where we were members for 25 years. I worked there for about 4 years as the Assimilation and Volunteer Coordinator/Prayer and Healing Team Leader. God then called my wife and me back to St. Louis. We left without having jobs lined up, trusting God every step of the way. God also led us back to worship at Faith Oakville, and it felt like home.  

I am excited to be on staff here at Faith. I look forward to connecting God’s people to our Faith Oakville family, encouraging first and second-time guests and regular attenders to become fully engaged with our Faith Oakville family.
