rentals for INDIVIDUALS and GROUPS

Faith Oakville's mission is to see people connecting people to the extraordinary life found in Jesus – one person, one family, and one community at a time, and we pray that events held at Faith further this mission. Faith's facilities are available for use by our Faith family and other groups as long as they are in harmony with the core beliefs of the congregation.

Facilities (except weddings) cannot be reserved more than three months in advance. There is limited availability during the month of May and June. There is no availability during Holy Week or the month of December. An fee will be charged to individuals and groups for using our facilities (see Event Space Details and Cost). Individuals whose names are on the contract are responsible for all damages to the property or equipment resulting from negligence or abuse by the participants.

2. In order to access the Rental Request form, please read and sign our Event Rental Policy and Agreement
3. The approval process will take five business days while staff checks availability. You will be notified of event approval by email. 
4. Once approved, you will receive a contract via email and will be responsible for signing it and paying the fee as soon as possible. 
(Staff has usage priority until paid in full).
5. Once payment and signed contract are received, you will then be assigned an Event Attendant. He/she will contact you regarding set up for your event. Your Event Attendant will then become your event contact.
