MISSIONS

LIVING OUT OUR VISION

At Faith Oakville, our goal is to live out our mission and vision in our everyday lives – making disciples where we live, work, learn, and play. Jesus says, “Therefore go and make disciples…” Matthew 28:19, and this concept is at the forefront of everything we do at Faith. We believe there are mission fields everywhere - from our own neighborhoods to places much farther away. For those who like to venture farther away to serve the Lord, we offer a few mission trips every year.

YOUNG ADULT MEXICO MISSION TRIP

We are so excited to partner with Casas Por Cristo once again for a young adult mission trip. Casas builds homes for families in need and supports local pastors and churches in Latin regions. We are thrilled to witness how God changes the lives of families with new homes and how He will also impact the hearts of our mission team.

FAITH STUDENT MISSION TRIP

Elizabeth City, NC

July 10 - 18, 2027
8th - 12th Grade

In a world shaped by filters and filled with AI, it can be difficult for teens to know what’s real. Social feeds are curated, photos are edited, and life is often presented at its very best, not always as it truly is. This year’s theme, Unfiltered, invites students to step away from the pressure to present a perfect version of themselves and discover the freedom of living honestly before God.

Rooted in Psalm 139:23–24, this theme encourages students to be fully known by God, not just the version they show to others. Through Scripture, service, and meaningful relationships, they’ll begin to see that following Jesus is not about appearances; it’s about truth.
