I was born in South City, St. Louis, to Tony and Jennifer Boos. My father was a missionary to Bosnian Muslims in the St. Louis area, and I grew up around people of different languages and religions. My parents homeschooled me alongside my six siblings and taught us to live out our faith through serving together in mission.
In 2006, my family moved to Sterling Heights, Michigan, near Detroit. There, I became involved in children's ministry, served on the worship team, and participated in several mission trips. In 2014, I met my future wife, Shelby. We were married in 2017 and moved back to St. Louis so I could attend Missouri Baptist University.
I began attending and serving at Faith Oakville in 2017 through the youth and worship ministries. In 2019, I started a ministry internship that became a part-time role as Mission Coordinator. My passion for sharing the Gospel and helping others discover their place in God's mission led me to pursue the Specific Ministry Pastor program at Concordia Seminary. After graduating from Missouri Baptist University in 2020, I began seminary studies and was called as a vicar to Faith. Today, I serve as an ordained Specific Ministry Pastor with a primary focus on local mission, community engagement, and equipping God's people for ministry.
Shelby and I have been blessed with five wonderful boys. Reed joined our family through birth in 2020, while Zander and Jordan were welcomed through the gift of adoption that same year. God then blessed us with Wilder in 2021 and Forrest in 2023. We love spending time together exploring St. Louis, trying new restaurants, visiting the Zoo, playing soccer, and finding new adventures as a family. We are grateful to call Faith Oakville our church home and look forward to seeing how God continues to work through His people in our community.
